I'm the architect in the middle: I work out how your information should flow, build the pipelines and tools that move it, add AI where it genuinely saves time or sharpens a decision, then host and maintain the whole thing so it doesn't quietly break six months later.

Straight answers
You do. The code, the data and the documentation belong to your business. If you ever move on, I'll hand everything over in a usable state.
I use business-tier AI services that don't train on your data, keep sensitive information out of prompts where it isn't needed, and can host in Australian data centres when that matters to you. We agree the data rules in the blueprint before anything is built.
Almost never. Most of the value comes from connecting what you already have. If something truly is the bottleneck, I'll say so and explain the trade-offs.
For most small business tools, a few dollars to a few hundred dollars a month depending on volume. Usage is passed through at cost, with a monthly cap you control, and shown in your care plan reporting.
Typically 5 to 200 staff — big enough to have real data, small enough that there's no in-house data team to make use of it.
