Software vendors update their APIs, passwords rotate and permissions expire. Monitoring catches breaks before your team does.
Models trained on last year need checking against this year. Regular accuracy reviews keep the numbers trustworthy.
Better, cheaper models arrive every few months. I switch you over when it genuinely improves results or lowers costs.
New staff, new locations, new questions. Monthly hours mean your tools can grow with you without a new project each time.

Hosting is included. AI model usage (for example, the cost of each document read or summary written) is passed through at cost with a monthly cap you set, so a busy month never becomes a surprise bill.
Yes. I can deploy to your own cloud account or server. Care plans then cover monitoring, updates and improvements rather than the hosting itself.
Give 30 days' notice. You get the source code, database exports, credentials and documentation, and I'll help move it wherever you choose.
By default in Australian-region cloud hosting, with encrypted backups. If a third-party AI service is used, we agree in writing what data it can and can't see.
Most businesses start on Essentials and move up once they see what's possible. We'll work it out together during discovery.
