Every engagement follows the same three stages. You can stop after any of them, and you own everything produced along the way.

Stage 1

Discovery & architecture

Fixed fee · $950

Before anything gets built, I need to understand how your business actually runs — not how the org chart says it does. Discovery is a short, paid engagement that stands on its own: even if we never build anything, you walk away with a clear plan.

You get

A workshop with you and the people closest to the work
A map of your systems, data sources and where information gets stuck
A prioritised list of opportunities, with rough value and effort for each
An architecture blueprint for the top one or two, including where AI is (and isn't) worth using
A fixed quote for the build

If you go ahead with a build within 60 days, the discovery fee comes off the build price.

Stage 2

Build & integrate

I build in short stages so you see working pieces early and can steer. Each tool is tested against real data and real workflows before your team relies on it.
